MEGA PROJECT AT KAMPUNG JIJAN

   Today is the the day that we are waiting for. So we gathered at 7 am and we was divide into a few group. And I'm in the group that we will work together to clean the "Dewan Orang Ramai" at Kpg Jijan. Before we start with cleaning. At 8.30 am, we was start with "Zumba" that conducted by the resident at Kpg Jijan. After that, we breakfast together before starting the cleaning at Kpg Jijan. 

   Firstly, I started by clean the "Ketua Kampung" room, mop the hall floor, do paintings and lastly we collect all the rubbish.

   This program teach me how to become a confident since we need to collect the money for our Mega project and sell the food at bazaar 56, thought it was my first time doing this things and I need to attract the customers by promote our stall and sell our food from home to home at our hostel. At the same time i also develop a good relationship among the friend and be a good teamwork.😀

Meeting

On 24th January, Our group plan to do meeting. The aim for this meeting is to collect our profit that we got from our Mini Project. This meeting starts at 9pm and we start our meetings by calculating the total profit we earn from our sales at bazaar. After we collected the money that we had before we divide with the modal RM 25 X 13 that we collected together, we had earned RM631 😍 but after we deduct from the amount of the modal that we collecting together. The amount of profit we earn is Rm306. So this money we will donate for our Mega Project at KPG Jijan. Hopefully its can help us to achieve our goal for Community Service.
From here I have learned the ways to manage our money and how to improve our sales.

DAY 2 (MINI PROJECT)

           Hari ini adalah hari terakhir kumpulan kami membuat jualan untuk mendapatkan dana yang mencukupi untuk Mega Projek group 56 di Kpg Jijan. Semalam adalah hari yang memenatkan bagi kami kerana telah bertungkus lumus untuk menghabiskan jualan kami. Hari ini kami akan cuba untuk menaikkan jumlah jualan kami berbanding semalam. Oleh sebab semalam kedudukkan gerai kami agak terlindung hari ini kami akan betulkan kedudukkan tempat jadi ianya adil bagi semua group yang berjual. Gerai kami berada dihadapan sekali jadi ianya bukan lagi halangan untuk kami menaikkan hasil jualan kami. Kami menambahkan lagi jualan kami dan jika juga merancang jika jualan kami tidak habis di jual kami akan cuba menjual di setiap rumah pelajar di hostel. Dan Alhamdulillah para pelajar di KPJUC sangatlah memberikan sokongan kepada kami dan jualan kami habis dijual pada hari tersebut. Makanan yang paling menarik minat para pelajar ialah Ramen Samyang yang kami jual serta Cocktail. Kami berharap agar hasil jualan kami pada hari ini mampu membantu Mega Project kami yang akan berlangsung pada 4 Febuari 2018 nanti di Kampung Jijan.

Mini Project

First Day of Bazaar G56

Today is our first day to collect the money for our Mega project at KPG Jijan. Alhamdullilah, our bazaar is going well even there is lot of things that cause our food late to be sell due to some of small things such as electric not function well and luckily we have generator to supply the electricity to our bread toaster that we use to make garlic bread.

At first our group planned to sell Ramen Samyang, Garlic bread with mushroom soup and Fruit Cocktail only. But lastly, we try to added Ice Cream Malaysia to get more income. Due to our stall are not at strategic place so here we have another problem because our stall at the back and customer only focus on the stall at front only. So here we try to attract the customer attention by promote the food that we sell and inviting their to our stall. I am very happy because of many customer are come to our bazaar to support us. Thank to the customer that came to buy our food.

This Blog is for My Community Service

Day 1

My name is Erni Husnita Hussin and I'm from Group 56 KPJ University College Nilai. On 03th January 2018, I have a meeting for my Community Service group project which is a group 1. In my group we had 13 member. During the meeting we had discuss about what we want to do for our mini Community Service project. About the budget for our project we decide to collect the modal from everyone of the members from our group. For our mini project we decided to do bazaar to sell foods to get some income for our mega project. For my group, We decide to sell 3 type of food and beverage which is Cocktail, Samyang Noodles and Mushroom soup with Garlic bread. Other than that, our group was choose the name for our stall which is FooDelicious. To attract people to buy our food, we also decide do delivery our food that we sell directly into the house but only at the KPJUC Hostel. We also discuss about the price and the income that we will get for every food that we will sell for our Fundraiser food selling. In this group, my job is doing a flyers, make a decoration, be a runner and also help during preparation of the food that we will sell. Before our bazaar start at 16th January 2018, we also plan to sell our food early to get more income. So we start to sell our food at 9th and 11th January 2018 after the class end. For the Mega Project we will be discuss together with all of the group.
